Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Arrest Warrant

On January 3, 2023, at approximately 1:30 am, police attended to a residence in the 3300 block of McDonald Ave in search of a 45-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with a Release Order X5, Breach of Release Order X5, Break and Enter, Break and Enter with Intent, Mischief to Property Under $5,000, Theft Under X2, and Breach of Undertaking.  The 45-year-old male was located and arrested inside the residence.  He was found to be in possession of approximately 16 grams of methamphetamine.  As a result, the male was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today for possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, as well as the outstanding charges.
