Redesigned Brandon tourism website launches


Brandon, MB After a successful launch of a new regional place brand for the community of Brandon earlier this month, Brandon Tourism is excited to continue that momentum today, unveiling a redesigned website that will incorporate the new logo, colour scheme and is more user friendly.

In partnership with the City of Brandon, the new look to will consist of main menu items Do, Stay, Eat and Here – all of which will provide the user with instant access to listing information most requested by visitors to the city of Brandon. The design is specifically oriented for visitors and incorporates features found on other popular tourism sites.

“We’re really excited about the potential of this site and how much it will benefit not only tourists visiting our city but local residents as well,” said Lanny Stewart, Brandon Tourism Manager. “This redesign allows for a more streamlined approach for users. I can’t thank the City of Brandon’s Information Technology Department enough for their work on this project.”

The refreshed site will also include information on upcoming events, and will incorporate a News blog that will consist of continued updates on anything and everything tourism-related in and around the city.

“Whether it’s a new restaurant, hotel, major event, or anything else that will attract people to our wonderful city, will do its best to keep folks ‘in the know’ so-to-speak,” Stewart continued.
