At 5:30 p.m. Friday, police attended a business in the north end of the city where an intoxicated female was causing a disturbance. Officers found that the 28-year-old female had approximately $150 in stolen cosmetics from another retailer. Those items were returned to the other business, and the female was held in custody for release later today once sober. She faces a single charge of theft under $5,000 for the cosmetic theft.
