Robbery & Theft of Motor Vehicle

In the very early morning hours of December 28^th a male flagged down a Police Cruiser in the Cornell Bay area to report that he had had his vehicle stolen by three males.  The males had assaulted him before confining him in a nearby residence and stealing his vehicle.  During the course of the ensuing investigation, two of the suspects were identified.  On Saturday afternoon, one of the suspects was seen on foot in the area of the 400 block Maryland Avenue and was arrested for offences arising from this incident.  He was held in custody and appeared before the court earlier today.
