One thing Manitoba is not famous for is being “dog friendly”.
Over the past weekend in Minneapolis we saw various lounges and patios that welcomed and encouraged people to bring their dogs.
Section 6 Brewing Co at 1126 Princess Ave is trying to change that image of being very dog friendly.
Carmen Fisher told BDNMB.CA that we love seeing people bring their dogs and we put out water bowls for them.
To our knowledge Section 6 is the only patio that allows dogs in Brandon.
Pepsi and Bode, the two featured Samoyed dogs, enjoyed all the smells and attention they had from customers and staff.
