Mid-afternoon on Saturday, Brandon Police Service were operating in the 000 block of 14th Street North, with guns drawn.
Multiple officers could be seen with rifles and handguns drawn, while taking cover behind sheds and houses. Police had 14th St N blocked off while the situation was ongoing. Police eventually rushed a house, and brought at least two people out of the house, one being in handcuffs. The handcuffed individual later had the restraints removed.
