Semi Trailer Engulfed in Flames on Transcanada

Last night, Brandon Firefighter/Paramedics responded to a semi trailer on fire in front of the Motel 6 on Highway 1 in Brandon.
When fire crews arrived, there were large flames coming from the midsection of the trailer that was hauling frozen food. The semi driver was able to disconnect the tractor and move it away from the trailer just prior to emergency crews arriving.

Crews were on scene for many hours making sure that the fire was completely out. Nobody was injured, and the trailer along with its cargo appear to be a total loss.
