Suspect fills cart full of merchandise, leaves without paying

On January 9, 2023, police received a report of a theft from a business in the 1600 block of 18^th Street.  A 34-year-old male had filled his shopping cart full of merchandise totaling over $1,100 and left the store without paying for the items.    The male was arrested for Theft Under $5,000.  He was later released and is scheduled to appear in court in March 2023.
