The 40 makes major concert announcement
The 40 is pleased to welcome to their stage SOULFLY AS NAILBOMB: Performing “Point Blank” by Nailbomb in its entirety. The Phoenix, Az based American heavy metal band will be hitting Brandon for one show on Thursday, March the 8th.
“After revisiting Sepultura’s Roots album in full on tour last year, Max Cavalera will be returning to his musical past once again. This time, however, he will hit the road with Soulfly as the band performs Nailbomb’s Point Blank in its entirety on a North American run. Support on the tour will come from Today Is The Day , Lody Kong, which features Max’s sons Igor Jr. and Zyon (who is also Soulfly’s drummer), & The Uncured. Cavalera formed the industrial thrash outfit Nailbomb with Fudge Tunnel’s Alex Newport back in 1993. The group released just one studio album the following year, which has remained an underground favorite, enlisting guests like Max’s brother Iggor and stepson Richie, his then Sepultura bandmate Andreas Kisser as well as Fear Factory’s Dino Cazares.”
Tickets go on sale today (February 9, 2018) at 10am. Advance tickets are only $20. Doors open at 6:00 pm with the show getting underway at 6:30 pm.
