The City of Brandon has received a conditional use application to build another Tim Hortons in the city. The Brandon Sun was first to report the news earlier this afternoon. According to the document the application is “to build a service station (Gas Station) Esso along with a Tim Hortons on the proposed site” at 1505-1st Street. The application was filed by Rhonda Pardy Ltd. Crane Steel Structures is listed as the General Contractor for the project. A public hearing for the application has not yet been scheduled.
