Victim beaten unconscious, two suspects arrested

Assault

At 8:46 pm BPS was called to an establishment in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue where a male victim had been beaten unconscious by a 24 year old female and a 55 year old male who had fled the scene. Both the male and female were arrested for assault a short time later, they were held at BPS overnight then released with November court dates the following morning.

Impaired Refusal

At 9:49 pm a 43 year old female driver was stopped in the 2000 block of Richmond Avenue during a MPI sponsored roadwatch. This female refused to provide a sample of her breath on a roadside alcohol screening device and was subsequently charged with refusal with a September 16^th court date.

Possession of a weapon, carry concealed weapon, and court order breaches

During a walk through of a downtown bar members observed a 24 year old female who was known to be on conditions not to attend that establishment. She was taken into custody and found to be in possession of a knife. She was arrested, medically cleared, and lodged for court the following morning.
