Woman charged with aggravated assault

At 12:10 on Saturday, officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Baker Bay.  A female in the residence had asked a friend to call police as she was being assaulted by a male in the residence.  When officers attended, a male was located in the residence with a stab wound to his chest.  He was transported to BRHC and received treatment for a non-life threatening injury.  A 26 year old woman from Brandon was arrested and will appear in court on Sunday morning on a charge of Aggravated Assault.
