At 9:37 PM, police received a call that vehicle had driven onto the front yard of a residence in the 800 blk of Frederick St. Police attended and arrested the 25-year-old male driver. He provided samples of his breath in excess of the legal limit. He was later released on a Promise to Appear in court on October 12, charged with Impaired Driving and Drive Over .08.
