Assault Causing Bodily Harm

On September 7^th at 10:46 a.m. it was reported that the female suspect from an Assault that occurred the night prior, had returned to a restaurant in the 200 block of 15^th Street. Police attended and arrested the 48-year-old female. She was brought to BPS detention cells and will attend court in the morning on September 8^th, 2026.

Theft Under $5000

On September 7^th, police were called to a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue following a report of a shoplifting incident. A 47-year-old male was arrested at the scene after attempting to steal approximately $116 worth of merchandise. He was processed and later released on an Undertaking with a court date of November 19^th, 2026.
