On November 8th, a man stole several items from a store in the 1500 block of 18th St South. He was confronted by staff but fled prior to police arriving. He was identified at the time and on November 9th, he was located by police in a vehicle and arrested for the theft. At the time of his arrest, he was in possession of a vehicle a knife and another weapon. A 35 year old man from Brandon was charged and released to appear in court in January.
