At 1220 hours on Friday afternoon, a 911 caller reported that a female had just been the victim of a purse snatching at the Town Centre Food Court. The police investigation led to the recovery of the victim’s purse, less the cash that was inside and the tentative identification of the suspect through the interview of several witnesses. The victim was not injured during the event. The investigation is continuing.
