On Friday May 10, 2019 at approximately 4:41 am police receive a report of a fight in an east end neighborhood. Attending members soon learned that the 18 year old suspect was caught by a homeowner breaking into his garage. The home owner was assaulted by the suspect. He was able to restrain the suspect until police arrived to take custody. The homeowner required medical attention for injuries he sustained from the assault. He was treated at BRHC and released. The 18 year old suspect was also treated medically for injuries he sustained during the confrontation before being released to appear in court on June 24, 2019.
