On June 24, Brandon residents are invited to visit their local Safeway, Sobeys, or IGA store where they can enjoy a delicious ice cream treat while giving back to their community. For a small donation of only $2, you can be treated to a cool snack and warm your hearts by supporting local charities that ensure healthy food is available for kids, and youth throughout Western Canada.
One hundred per cent of funds raised will provide healthy meals and snacks for more than 100 local charities across Western Canada. Sobeys Inc. will match donations raised, to a total of $100,000.
