Brandon & District Chapter LDAM Inc. is a non-profit organization who support and advocate for individuals with a learning disability and/or ADHD and their families in Brandon and area. This October (learning disabilities awareness month) their chapter is celebrating their 40th anniversary milestone!  To help celebrate they are thrilled to bring in comedian Rick Green (‘Bill’ on The Red Green Show) to perform his hilarious one-man show ADD & Loving it?! on October 25th.   The show takes place inside the Grand Salon of the Victoria Inn.  Dinner starts at 6:30 pm.  For more information click here.

The Great Benjamins Circus is a family of 3rd generation Circus performers originating out of Mexico and the United States. Jason Aldean Confirmed for 2019 Festival

Sept 17, 2018 (Dauphin, MB) – Dauphin’s Countryfest, Canada’s longest running country music festival, is pleased to announce that Jason Aldean is booked to perform on the Club Regent Casino and Event Centre Main Stage Saturday night of Countryfest 2019! The two-time, reigning and current ACM “Entertainer of the Year” Jason Aldean has helped define the genre’s 21st century, which plays into his 19 Number One hits, more than 15 million total album sales and dozens of sold-out stadium shows. Continuing on that momentum, Aldean’s last three albums each bowed at Number One on the all-genre Billboard 200 albums chart, and all seven of his previous LPs have achieved Platinum certification or better. This year in an effort to reduce wait times, and to offer more selection, we have increased the number of food trucks to 26.  2018 will see several new and exciting trucks making their first appearance at our event.  The organizing committee is especially pleased to offer such a wide array of different foods to choose from.  This year we have vendors who specialize in Mexican, Ukrainian, Jamaican, Japanese, Salvadoran,  and Caribbean cuisine.  The two returning BBQ trucks (Mikey D's, Smoked & Sauced) were two of last year's most popular tucks along with The Walleye Wagon. Serving up some of the best curbside eats from across the Province, this is a festival you won’t want to miss!

Keystone Centre announces several major country acts for one night concert

TORONTO (September 5, 2018) - Canadian country music superstar Paul Brandt and multi-CCMA Group or Duo of the Year winners High Valley are thrilled to announce the launch of The Journey Tour 2019. The tour brings together an epic lineup that includes special guest Jess Moskaluke, and features the Hunter Brothers. All four acts will come together on stage at this year’s Canadian Country Music Awards for a special live performance. Bringing together the best of Canadian Country Music, The Journey Tour 2019 will kick off in Abbotsford, British Columbia on January 25th, and wrap up 21 stops later in Sud- bury, Ontario February 24th. The Journey Tour 2019 will perform in Westoba Place, Brandon, MB on Feb 9, presented by Dauphin’s Countryfest and the Keystone Centre. Artist pre-sale runs Thursday, September 6 at 10am through Friday, September 7th at10pm local time, or while supplies last.
