According to a post on their Facebook page, the Freshii location at 930-18th Street will be shutting down operations effective Wednesday, August 31st. The restaurant first opened their doors in April of 2018. A second location (915-18th Street North) opened in May of 2019 and closed in May of 2022. Freshii is a Canadian fast-casual restaurant that serves burritos, wraps, soups, salads and frozen yogurt featuring fast, custom-built fresh ingredients.

Renovations appear well underway in the unit, which is located in the Corral Centre The quick service made-to-order menu includes bento boxes, hand-rolled sushi, soups gyozas, and noodle & rice bowls meaning there’s a little something for everyone. The franchise, best known for their signature teriyaki sauce, was first established in Alberta in 1979. There are currently 4 locations in Winnipeg.
