New Housing Project

The Edge: A Community for All The Edge earned its name from its location sitting on the cusp of the southeast end of Brandon, Manitoba. Once complete, the apartment community will offer the city 252 much-needed residential units. With seven buildings in total, each will offer a blend of three-bedroom units, two-bedroom units and one-bedroom units with features such as in-suite laundry, spacious balconies with views, and well-planned layouts. “Demand for rental housing is stronger than ever in Brandon.  Our customers are asking for a few more amenities than what is available in a typical rental building in the market.  The Edge will be a nice match of location and amenities for our customers.  By offering a fitness facility, additional storage options, pet-friendly units, outdoor recreation space as well as a dog run, we are filling a niche that isn’t available at many properties in Brandon.” – Jason Roblin, CEO of Vionell Holdings Partnership Ensuring that the multi-unit development offered amenities that cater to different demographics was important to Vionell Holdings. Not only are the units themselves equipped with desirable features, the community will provide amenities such as a private fitness center in each building that is exclusive for tenant use, secure access, ample parking, additional storage units for rent, bike racks, community gardens and a dog run. “Planning and development for The Edge have been underway for a while, but the interest doesn’t spike until residents of Brandon see movement on site and as the first building nears completion, we’ve had a lot of interest in the project and the units, which is exciting for not only us but our prospective tenants” Katie McMillan, VP of Operations Phase one is estimated to be complete and ready for occupancy in the fall of 2023. Those who are interested in being added to the wait list should email Vionell Holdings at info@vhproperties.ca
