Mid-afternoon on Friday, Brandon Fire and Emergency Services and Brandon Police Service responded to the intersection of 14th St and Princess Ave for a two-vehicle collision, with one vehicle smoking, and both vehicles leaking fluid. Upon arrival, firefighters determined that smoke was coming from the engine compartment of the small silver car.  There was no actual fire to extinguish, but fluid had leaked from both vehicles, which called for firefighters to deploy sand to soak up the spills.
