At 1:35 pm on Saturday, a 58-year-old Brandon male was stopped by police on Victoria Avenue. He exhibited signs of impairment and was returned to Brandon Police Service where he provided two samples of his breath, both of which were more than double the legal limit. He was released from custody and will appear in court later in August.
