While on charge for forcible confinement, weapons offences, and failing to attend court, Jonathan Birdy ACOBY once again failed to attend court. On October 13th, 2022, an arrest warrant for Jonathan Birdy ACOBY was issued as his current whereabouts is unknown.

The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a Theft from Vehicle.
On October 12 at 11:44am, a male suspect entered a vehicle that was parked in the 2600’ block of Victoria Ave and stole property from within. The stolen items included a green backpack, medication, as well as credit cards and gift cards. The suspect was captured on video and appears to be light skinned wearing a dark hoodie with white logos including a “C” on the upper left chest, dark pants, and brown boots with a white sole.
