Food Truck Warz 2023 Sponsorship info

Yes, there is a daily admission fee.

Admission: $5 per person, per day. *12 & under FREE
Free Parking

Cash only accepted at the gate and for admission.

% of gate fees donated to Westman Dreams for Kids. $1 from every admission to the Keystone improvement fee.

We have a wide range of food trucks participating including BBQ, dessert, German, African, East Indian, Mexican, Japanese fusion, Caribbean, Jamaican and pizza. We also have trucks who serve poutine, traditional fair food, healthy food, and one who specializes in chicken wings. A full list of vendors will be updated as the event draws nearer.

Individual food items will be priced anywhere from $8-$20. The trucks will be offering their own regular menu items and setting their own prices.

Please remember that each food truck only has 2-3 people working inside therefore it will take longer than a “normal drive-thru” to get your order. The wait is well worth it.

No, all ages are welcome as this is a family oriented event designed for everyone to enjoy and share.

No, outside food or beverage is not allowed inside the event. One of our objectives was to have a wide range of food trucks onsite to match everyone’s tastes.

Yes, there will be some seating. Please remember to use the garbage cans which will be scattered throughout the event.

Yes, there will be a fan ballot for guests to vote for their favourite truck. At the end of the event one truck will be named the “Fan Favourite” of Food Truck Warz 2023. Voting takes place at the Fusion Credit Union tent.

Food Truck Warz is a rain or shine event.

Several of the trucks accept debit/Visa/MasterCard however for the most part cash will be the preferred method of payment for each truck.

Yes, the plan is to have several ATM’s on-site.

There will be a family carnival featuring thrill rides and games from Select Shows.

There will be a cost to ride the different rides and attractions. Tickets are available as singles or in sheets of 10, 20, or 40 for $1 per ticket.

 

No pets are permitted on the Food Truck Warz site, with the exception of registered service animals.

Yes, Westman Dreams for Kids (% of gate).

Yes, several vendors have indicated that they have both vegan and gluten free options available.

Yes, the beer garden will be open to only 18 and over. Security will be checking ID.

 

We are sold out for 2023.

Food trucks looking to participate in 2024 are asked to email jody@bdnmb.ca the following information:  truck name, menu/concept, social media links, photo of your truck, and 3-4 photos of your food.

Criteria for 2024:
Spots will first be offered to those trucks who participated in 2023. We will then contact those on our waiting list to fill remaining spots.  Selection will be based on: first placed on waiting list, menu/concept, and social media presence. We want to maintain as much variety as possible therefore preference will also be given to those trucks who offer a different cuisine/concept than ones we currently have.

Garbage/recycling bins will be located throughout the park, please ensure you use them.
BDNMB.CA is not responsible for accident or injuries.

Portable toilets and handicap facilities will be located on site with hand washing stations.

Please use our garbage containers as much as possible.

There remains a strong likelihood.   In an attempt to look like bearded Trevor, original Trevor has taken to growing a beard these past few months.
