At 10:29 pm Police were called to the area of 34th St and Richmond Ave as a taxi driver was having issues with a female in their cab. The 25 year old female was intoxicated and causing problems in the cab and when the operator attempted to phone in the problem she grabbed him by the ear and grabbed at his phone. She was located in the area after exiting the cab and while in Police custody proceeded to kick one of the officers in the stomach. She was arrested and charged for assaulting the officer and the taxi driver and later released for on an Undertaking for court.
