Failure to Comply Release Order x3

At approximately 11:03 p.m., police responded to a request for assistance in removing a highly intoxicated and no longer welcome individual from a residence in the 400 block of 12th Street. The individual, a 24-year-old female, was found to be breaching her Release Order conditions, which included a curfew and a condition not to consume or possess alcohol.

She was arrested and transported to BPS detention cells, where she was held for court in the morning.

Resist Arrest

At approximately 11:51 p.m., police were dispatched to the same residence in the 400 block of 12th Street following a report of another extremely intoxicated individual causing issues. Upon arrival, officers attempted to arrest the female who was causing the disturbance. The female resisted arrest and fled on foot but was quickly apprehended. While being taken into custody, she was combative with BPS members. The 19-year-old female was transported to BPS detention cells to sober up. Once sober, she will be released via Undertaking with a court date set for December 22nd, 2025.
