Local radio personality Steve Antaya, a presence on Brandon radio for 40 years, announced his retirement today on his Facebook page. Many of you may know Steve as the legendary voice of Swap ‘N’ Shop on Q Country. Additionally, he has provided listeners with timely local news when major events impacted our city and region. Steve also was an Advisor to ACC’s Interactive Media Arts Program. According to his Facebook post he is looking forward to a new chapter in his life including finding something new he loves as much as radio. His last day at Q Country is May 3.
