At around 2250 hours, a business in the 3500 block Victoria Ave reported a suspicious male acting weird. Officers attended and located a very intoxicated male who had fallen off his bicycle and spilled his nachos and cheese all over him. A CPIC check was conducted that showed he was wanted by Calgary Police Service for sexual assault on an unendorsed warrant with a Western Canada radius. The 39 year old male was arrested and lodged at BCC on a 6 day remand awaiting Calgary Police Service to arrange for transport.
