At 3:30 p.m. yesterday, a search of a home in the north end of the city occurred under the authority of a warrant to search a residence. As a result, a 23-year-old female and 41 year old male both from Brandon, haven been charged with possession of meth. The male was released upon completion of the search and will appear in court in October. The female will appear in court in October, charged with possession of meth, and was lodged at the Brandon Correctional Centre to appear today on charges she was wanted for on an outstanding arrest warrant including theft, fail to appear in court, and fail to comply with a probation order.
