In the heart of Killarney, the fervor of hockey reached its pinnacle as female athletes from across the region converged for an electrifying display of skill, determination, and sportsmanship in the annual Killarney Sherocks hockey tournament. From seasoned veterans to emerging stars, players of all ages and backgrounds took to the ice, each driven by a shared passion for the game. Nine teams took to the ice over the weekend with Minnedosa shutting out the team from Pilot Mound 6-0 in Sunday’s final.
