On 2024-02-12, police attended to an apartment block in the 400 block of 12th Street as an individual had gained access to the building and was attempting to steal coins from the laundry machines. A 34-year-old male was arrested and found to be in possession of a crow-bar. The accused has been released with conditions to appear in court 2024-04-01 for the charges of Break & Enter, and Possession of B&E Instrument.
