Multiple Arrests Highlight Intoxication, Breach of Peace and Stolen Credit Card Incidents

Protective Detention & Care of Intoxicated Persons Act

In the past 24 hours, three individuals from separate incidents were arrested under the PDCIPA. The individuals will be released once sober in the morning.

Breach of Peace

In the past 24 hours, two individuals from separate incidents were arrested breach of the peace. Both will be released once sober.

Warrant Executed

Two males were located and arrested on the strength of their endorsed warrants. They were served paperwork and released with an upcoming court date.

Possession of stolen credit card and Breaching release order

A female passenger of a vehicle during a traffic stop was found to be in possession of a stolen credit card and a knife. This female was on conditions not to possess any weapons, including knives. The female was held for court.
