Three men became engaged in a verbal argument on Saturday morning, which quickly escalated to a physical confrontation, leaving a lone victim with multiple stab wounds. Police say they were called to a residence in the 100 block of Princess Avenue East at around 10:31 Saturday morning, following a report of a stabbing. Police were able to determine that the victim, and the two other two males, had attended a party at the residence the night before.
The victim was taken to BRHC in critical condition and underwent emergency surgery. A twenty year old male was charged with Aggravated Assault and Assault with a weapon. A twenty five year old was also charged with the same offenses, as well a two charges of Breach of Recognizance.
