The construction fences have been removed and the wait is nearly over, Original Joe’s Restaurant & Bar in Brandon will open to the public on Monday, May 27 at 11:00am. Franchisee Rick Baker tells bdnmb.ca that the restaurant will remain open (including full menu) until 2am daily. Constructed on a pad site at the Brandon Shoppers Mall, the restaurant will seat approximately 100 people inside as well as another 100 on the outdoor patio. The menu features a variety of delicious burgers & handhelds, soups, poutines, salads, appetizers, and more. There is also a fantastic selection of meals with vegetarian and gluten-free options. The bar is stocked full with well-selected spirits, wine and regionally crafted beer. The restaurant will employ around 45 people. Give their Facebook page a follow here.
