Police respond to back-to-back mischief calls on Monday

Mischief Under $5000 / Trespassing

On May 5^th at 8:10PM police received a call of an intoxicated 26-year-old female who just pulled the fire alarm and broke several windows of a business in the 900 block of Rosser Avenue. She had been barred from the property. The female was located and arrested by police in the 1000 block of Lorne Avenue. She was highly intoxicated. She was held in detention cells to be released on an Undertaking once sober. A court date of July 14^th, 2025 has been set.

Mischief Under $5000

On May 5^th at 2:03PM a caller reported a male at Kirkaldy Drive and 18^th Street spray painting the sidewalk and roads. Upon police locating the individual, he had also spraypainted a pole. The 26-year-old male was charged with Mischief Under $5000 and later released on an Undertaking. A court date of July 7^th, 2025 has been set.
