On 2023-08-31 at 0200 hrs, police were patrolling the 1100 block of 4th Street when a group of individuals were observed acting suspiciously and entering several residential yards. A pedestrian stop was initiated with one of the individuals that was discovered to be intoxicated and in possession of a canister of bear spray, in addition to 1.5 grams of meth. A 31-year-old male was lodged at BPS and will be released when sober with conditions to appear in court on a future date.
