On December 19, 2021, shortly before 6:00 am, police stopped a vehicle in the 4100 block of Richmond Ave. The vehicle had been reported stolen out of Winnipeg.
The two occupants were arrested. Following a search of the vehicle, police also located a number of power tools, which were stolen from a business in the 800 block of 18th Street N on December 17, 2021.
The suspects, a 39-year-old male and a 35-year-old female were later released and will each appear in court on March 3, 2022 on charges of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime X2
