On August 30, a suspect entered a store in the 600 blk 18th St. and stole a sex toy. On Sept 7, the same suspect stole some lingerie from a store in the 1400 blk Princess Ave. He was identified from the video surveillance and on Sept 16 about 4:45 am police observed the suspect in the 100 blk Louise Ave. He was arrested for the thefts and later released to appear in court on Nov 12, 2019.
