Before noon on Monday, Brandon Fire and Emergency Services and Brandon Police Service responded to the intersection of 10th Street and Princess Ave for a two-vehicle crash.
A taxi and a minivan collided, which sent the taxi careening out of control and off the road. The taxi took out a set of hand rails as it rammed up the concrete steps of the old Westoba building, eventually smashing into the wall of the building.
This intersection was the scene of another dramatic crash 3 years ago where a stolen car was crashed into a city bus, which sent the bus careening into a building on the north-west corner of the intersection.
No word on injuries. Brandon Police Forensic Identification was on scene taking photographs.
