The annual Grey Owl restaurant at Assiniboine Community College is a symphony of sights, smells and flavours.
Students and faculty come together to present a fusion of nouvelle and classic cuisine in the historic Grey Owl dining room of the Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts on the North Hill campus.
The Grey Owl restaurant runs every weekday evening from Jan. 21 to Feb. 15. Reservations can be made starting this Thursday, Jan. 10 at 9 a.m. by calling 204.725.8738 or toll-free at 800.862.6307 ext 6516. While reservations are free, they are limited to one per caller.
