Two adult females arrested for shoplifting

Theft Under $5000

On September 26^th, 2026, two adult females were arrested for shoplifting from a local pharmacy.  They were released from custody on undertakings to attend court on a future court date and conditions to not attend the business where they committed the theft.

Breach of the Peace

In the past 24 hours three individuals from separate incidents were arrested for Breach of the Peace and held in Brandon Police Service (BPS) detention cells. They will be released once sober.

 Arrest Warrants

In the past 24 hours one individual was arrested on the strength of their Warrant for Arrest.  They were released from custody with future court dates.

 Protective Detention and Care of Intoxicated Persons Act

In the past 24 hours, two individuals were arrested under the Protective Detention and Care of Intoxicated Persons Act. Both were brought to BPS detention cells and will be released once sober.

 Fail to comply with Release Orders

In the past 24 hours, two individuals were arrested for failing to follow the conditions of their release orders. They were held in custody BPS detention cells for a court appearance.
