Arrest Warrants

In the past 24 hours five individuals were arrested on the strength of their Warrants for Arrest. One was kept in Brandon Police Service (BPS) detention cells for court in the morning. Four were released via Appearance Notices with future court dates.

Breach of the Peace

On September 22^nd at 5:52 p.m., Brandon Police Service responded to a residence in the 700 block of 15th Street after bystanders reported hearing yelling and screaming coming from a downstairs suite. Officers attended and determined that an intoxicated 34-year-old male was the primary cause of the disturbance. The male was arrested and brought to BPS detention cells. He will be released once sober.
