28-Year-Old Male Arrested for Court Order Breach and Possession of Stolen Bicycle

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 / Breach of Court Order

On June 18^th, 2026, at approximately 9:13 a.m., police conducted a person check in the Shopper’s Mall parking lot. During the stop, officers confirmed that the 28-year-old male was bound by a Court Order with conditions prohibiting attendance at the location. The male then admitted to being in possession of a stolen bicycle and told officers the location from which it had been taken the previous evening. The accused was arrested and later released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of August 20^th, 2026. The bicycle was recovered and returned to its owner.
