9-1-1 Service Disruption

The City of Brandon has been advised of a known issue affecting 911 service. The disruption is not related to the Brandon Public-Safety Communications Centre, and the telecommunications service provider is actively working to resolve the issue.
Residents in Brandon requiring emergency assistance are asked to call the following numbers directly:
  • Fire: 204-729-2400
  • Police: 204-729-2345
  • Ambulance: 204-625-2111
The Brandon Public-Safety Communications Centre provides 911 dispatch services to communities across Manitoba outside of Winnipeg. Residents in other municipalities are encouraged to contact their local emergency services directly using published emergency phone numbers until 911 service is restored.
The City will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as more information becomes available.
