Over the years, I have personally got to know and see this young man grow up and try new things and never be scared to try something.
Carthy Caswell loves cooking, so hey why not open up a business with all kinds of ideas from cabbage rolls, pasta, tacos, and of course pizza. However not your standard pizza but Neapolitan which is very common in Europe.
Every second Wednesday if time permits Carthy is going to make up something and then deliver it for free to 6 – 8 people.
