Carthy Caswell loves cooking, so hey why not open up a business with all kinds of ideas from cabbage rolls, pasta, tacos, and of course pizza.  However not your standard pizza but Neapolitan which is very common in Europe. Every second Wednesday if time permits Carthy is going to make up something and then deliver it for free to 6 - 8 people. His instagram will show you that everything he makes, looks amazing. @carthyskitchen
