A 36-year old male is facing multiple charges (Domestic Assault, Refusing Approved Screening Device and Breach of Undertaking) following an incident in Brandon on Saturday evening.. Police say they received a complaint of a 23-year old woman being assaulted by her boyfriend, at an address on Cornell Bay. According to reports the man allegedly punched and pulled the females hair. The suspect was later located while driving a vehicle and refused to provide breath samples for the roadside screening device. He was under a court order to abstain from alcohol at the time.
