Homeowner Assaulted After Discovering Trespasser Under Gazebo

On June 2^nd at approximately 6:27 a.m., a homeowner in the 400 block of 12th Street reported that an unknown female was found in his backyard, under his gazebo. When the homeowner asked her to leave, she demanded his phone and then assaulted him by punching him in the face twice before leaving the property. The incident was recorded on the homeowner’s phone, allowing police to identify the suspect. Officers located and arrested the 33-year-old female within minutes of arriving at the residence. She was charged with Assault and later released on an Undertaking, with a scheduled court appearance on August 13^th, 2026.
