Brandon Police Service Media Release
At 2:40 a.m. today, police stopped a vehicle in the 400 block of Van Horne Avenue East. As a result of the investigation which followed on scene, police recovered cocaine and cash from the vehicle occupants. A 33-year-old female from Sioux Valley First Nation and a 31-year-old male from Brandon were released for court in January, both are charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime.
